Many of you have asked how you actually post on this site.

So here is a quick guide, if you have any problems at all please just email annabel@nappyvalleynet.com

1) Firstly, you need to register. Click the big pink button at the top right hand side of the website that says "Sign Up Here...".

There is a picture of this button in the first picture at the bottom of this page

2) Then fill in your details (this takes about 30 seconds, tops)

3) You will then be sent an email immediately which asks you to confirm your registration, CLICK ON THE LINK TO CONFIRM. This is the bit most people forget. We need to confirm your email address to keep spammers out. If you do not get this email it may be in your SPAM filter.

NOW YOU'RE READY TO POST...

4) Go to Annabelsarcade.com or NappyValleyNet.com and click the log in button. This in the second picture at the bottom of this page. Type in your username and your password that you chose when you registered.

5) To start a new conversation go into the forum that you want to discuss, e.g. "Got A Question" and then click the Start New Topic Button. There is a picture of this in the third picture at end of this page. When you have written what you want press the submit button. If you want to place an advert its exactly the same process.

6) To reply to someone elses thread simply go to the conversation you want to take part in and click "Reply". When you have made your comment press "Submit"
